WEBHDT PLUGIN LICENSE QUESTIONS

 

WHAT IS A SOFTWARE / PLUGIN / EXTENSION LICENSE AND WHY DO I NEED ONE?

The license you purchase allows you to use the webhdt plugin for as long as you own it. It also allows you to receive all updates, bug fixes and newer versions for up to 365 days from your purchased date. To continue to have access to the latest updates, bug fixes of newer version of the plugin your license must be valid. See the complete webhdt License Agreement for more details.

 

WHAT IS THE WEBHDT PLUGIN LICENSE FOR?

Webhdt plugins require a license for each domain name used as your website host URL. During purchase of the license you must enter the domain name you intend on using for production site.

CAN I GET A DEVELOPER LICENSE FOR MY PLUGIN?

One license is enough to activate the plugin on multiple sub-domains. For example, license for domain .com also works for test.domain.com or any sub.domain.com This should be good for the majority of developers requiring to test the plugin on a development environment. In other circumstances, feel free to contact sales@webhdt.ca with your request and we will see if there are any solutions.

HOW OFTEN CAN I RENEW MY LICENSE?

You may renew your license any time before the expiration date. Renewal 30 days prior to expiration is recommended. Please renew prior to the expiration date to avoid wait time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO UPGRADE MY NOPCOMMERCE SOFTWARE VERSION? AM I COVERED BY THE LICENSE TO DOWNLOAD UPDATED PLUGINS?

Yes, as long as your account with webhdt is valid, your license allows you to download the latest available version and use it for the same domain name.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PLUGIN?

We believe in keeping things simple. For most the updates platform standards are used. However, some plugins may have unique steps, therefore it is best that you read the document before you start updating the plugin.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

webhdt does not refund once a plugin has been downloaded. We strongly urge you to read and ask as many questions as possible before purchasing. Feel free to connect and ask the questions you need to ensure that the plugin is suitable for your needs.

WHY CAN’T I DOWNLOAD MY ORDERED PLUGIN?

Download link can be accessed through your account information page. The account information page is accessed while you are logged in with valid account information. The download link is visible as long as the previously purchased plugins licence is valid. Feel free to email sales@webhdt.ca if you require assistance.

HOW DO I RENEW MY EXPIRED LICENSE?

Renewal button will be available on downloadable products page 30 days before expiry date. Login to your account on webhdt.com, then go to downloadable products, locate your currently used plugin and press on re-order link. Then Follow the re-order process. A new download product link will be available once transaction is completed.
